Blackgram papdi | Papdi recipe /crispy chaat papdi/papdi made of  black gram urud dal
  •     Wheat flour 1 cup
  •       Black gram  1/4 cup
  •     Cumin  1 teaspoon
  •     pepper  1  teaspoon
  •    Ghee  1 tablespoon
  •     Salt  required  amount
  •      Oil  for  frying
Pictures step by step:
Soak the black gram for 1/2 hour.

 Then  grind it  coarse, add wheat flour, ghee, cumin and pepper.


Then add salt.If need  please add  water  and  mix well.


Kneading like poori flour.


Make round balls similar to shape  of  Amla. Roll the balls to  make  it flat like  poori.
Make small holes it.(for not ballooning as similar to poori)
Pour the oil in the pan  and  fried it.


Keep the  papdi in a plate .Add curd to it.
Sprinkle with chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala powder.
