CAPSICUM CHUTNEY | BELL PEPPER CHUTNEY

Capsicum chutney | Bell pepper chutney is simple side dish for idly, dosa, and rice . It makes very easy and 

healthy also. Capsicum is available in different colors, capsicum is used across the world in many different types of dishes. The vegetable is one of the best source of vitamins and minerals and other nutrients. Today I am going to cook a chutney out of green capsicum.

About capsicum

 INGREDIENTS:
  • Capsicum 1 no
  • Coriander 1/2 punch
  • Green chilli 2 no
  • Lemon 1/2
  • Salt and Oil required amount
METHOD:
HOW TO PREPARE CAPSICUM CHUTNEY | BELL PEPPER CHUTNEY?
 
PICTURES STEP BY STEP:
Put a pan on the stove,add oil.
When oil is heated , add capsicum.
Then add coriander.
Add green chillies.

 

Cooked well add salt and grind it.
Grinded paste add lemon juice.
Seasoning with mustard and asafoetida.
 

Serve the healthy chutney.
