GARLIC CHUTNEY|POONDU CHUTNEY

Garlic chutney / poondu chutney/ Garlic chutney side dish for idly ,dosa. It makes very simple side dish recipe.

                               

GARLIC CHUTNEY/POONDU CHUTNEY. Chutney recipes are common condiments across south india made for morning breakfast. Poondu chutney is a spicy chutney recipe and my favoutite  chutney recipe
also.
 
HOW TO PREPARE GARLIC CHUTNEY?
 
  Ingredients:        
  1. Garlic
  2. Red  chilli
  3. Tamarind
  4. Salt
  5. Jaggery
  6. Gingelly oil
  7. Mustard                                                                                       

                                    

Method:
  •  Soak the tamarind in the water.        
  • Put a pan on the stove, add little pit of  gingelly oil ,saute the garlic and chilli.
  • Add salt garlic and chilli, then grind it as fine paste.
  • Pour gingelly oil and seasoning with mustard.      
  • Then add the fine paste and mix it well.
  • Add tamarind water, when boiled add a little piece of jaggery.
  • when the oil separates, switch off the stove.

  pour gingelly oil and seasoning with mustard.

Add paste and mix it well.
