HORSE GRAM RASAM
HORSE GRAM RASAM/KULTHI DAL RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS RECIPE.
INGREDIENTS:
- Horse gram boiled 1 cup
- Tomato 3 no
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaf and coriander
FOR DRY ROAST AND GRIND:
- Red chilli 2 no
- Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Toor dal 1 tablespoon
- Bengal gram 1 tablespoon
- Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Cumin 1 teaspoon
HOW TO PREPARE HORSE GRAM RASAM?
- Soak the Horse Gram for 5 hours.
- Boil the soaked Horse Gram and smash it.



- Put the pan on the stove, add all dry roasted ingredients and grind it.



- Put the vessel on the stove add smashed tomatoes.



- Then add required amount of water and salt.



- When boiled the liquid add grinded powder.



- Now add the boiled Horse Gram.



- When overflowing the rasam, add curry leaf and coriander and off the stove.
