Sago is a complete form of starch and is a pure form of carbs, However It has very low quantity of protein fat, and fiber and lacks many vitamins and minerals. It is a delicious dish that is cooked in a variety of ways.
- Javvarisi 1 cup (boiled).
- Curd 1 cup.
- Grated ginger.
- Sliced green chili.
- .Coriander leaves.
- .Other recipe Javvarisi vada
Add a Javvarisi with curd.
Then add ginger ,green chili and coriander leaves .
Mix it well.
Refrigerate and serve.
Sabudana or sago is extracted from the Tabioca roots. Which are not only used as food also has commercial
