  • Javvarisi  1 cup (boiled).
  • Curd       1 cup.
  • Grated  ginger.
  •  Sliced green chili.
  • .Coriander  leaves.




How to prepare koozh?

Add a Javvarisi with curd.
Then add ginger ,green chili and coriander leaves .
Mix it well.
Refrigerate and serve.
