PALM CANDY PAYASAM
This sweet is traditional south Indian sweet and very healthy recipe.
Palm candy(in Tamil-“Panakarkandu”) is produced from the sweet” Neera” from Palmyra.

INGREDIENTS:
- Rice 1/4 cup
- Coconut 1/2 cup
- Palm candy 1/4 cup
- Milk (boiled)1/4 cup
- Ghee 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom 1 no
- Almond 5 no
- Dry grapes 5 no
METHOD:
HOW TO PREPARE PALM CANDY PAYASAM?

- Broke the rice like rava (suji)



- Add the broken rice in boiled water.



- Grind the coconut like paste
- Add the paste in the rice.



- Once the rice cooked well,add palm candy.



- Then add boiled milk.



- Once boiled well, switch off the flame.
- Fry the almond, dry grapes, cardamom with ghee and
