- Fennel 1/4 teaspoon
- Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil 3 tablespoon
- Salt required amount
METHOD:
How to prepare pasalai keerai appala kootu?
- Put the vessel on the stove, add oil then saute the onion and tomato, then add pasalai
keerai, when boiled add turmeric powder and chilli powder and salt.
- Add crushed appalam and mixed it well.
