PUMPKIN  SWEET SABJI/EASY PUMPKIN RECIPE  is  easy and  delicious  dish made with pumpkin.This recipe need  no  onion and  no  garlic. It is an easy and delicious vegan pumpkin recipe.
 
INGREDIENTS:
  •  Pumpkin  1 cup
  • Jaggery powder 1/4 cup
  • Red  chili  1 no
  • Mustard   1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil  and Salt    Required   amount
METHOD:
HOW TO MAKE  PUMPKIN SWEET SABJI?
Cut   the  pumpkin  like  cubes.
 
 
Put the  pan on the stove. Add  oil, wait  at till oil  is heated, then add mustard and black gram.
 
 
 
Add Pumpkin with water as required.
 
 
When  Pumpkin  cooked well, add jaggery  powder and salt.
 
When the sabji  is  solid  off the stove .Bottle gourd milk curry
