BOTTLE GOURD MILK CURRY
Bottle gourd is a vegetable high and is a rich source of vitamin C, K and calcium.
To day i am going to make bottle gourd milk curry. It makes very simple
and delicious side dish recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bottle gourd 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup (boiled)
- Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin 1/2 teaspoon
- Black gram 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli 1 no
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Oil 1 table spoon

- Cut the bottle gourd like follow the picture👇
-  Put the pan on the stove, add oil.
- When oil is heated add mustard, cumin, and black gram led it splutter
     then add bottle gourd. split water and cover it with lid.
- When bottle gourd is cooked well add boiled milk.



- Allow the mixture to boil for two minutes stirring it occasionally.
- Add 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Serve the yummy curry.
