MANGO CHUTNEY

  • Eating raw mangoes can help us in many ways.
  • It is rich in vitamin A and vitamin E.
  • It prevents dehydration; ram mango replenishes the reserves of sodium
         chloride.
 
To day i am going to prepare coconut mango chutney.
INGREDIENTS:
  • Coconut   1 cup 
  • Raw mango  4  slice
  • Green chilli 1 no
  • Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon
METHOD:
HOW TO PREPARE COCONUT MANGO CHUTNEY?
 
PICTURES STEP BY STEP:
  • Take 1 cup grated coconut.
  • Take four slices raw mango.
  • Take 1 green chilli.
Put all of them mixer jar and add salt.
  • Grind it .
  • Put the pan on the stove ,add coconut oil .
  • When oil is heated add mustard and fry it.Add in chutney.
  • Serve the tangy taste chutney.
