HOW TO MAKE CURD PACHDI RECIPE?
- ONION CURD PACHDI
INGREDIENTS:
- Onion 2 no
- Ginger 1 inch
- Green chilli 2 no
- Ghee 1 spoon
- Curd 1 cup
HOW TO MAKE ONION CURD PACHDI?
- Chop onion in long piece, and add salt. Mix it well and soak for 1/2 hour.
- Filter out the water in the onion and add to curd.
- Grind ginger and green chilli after saute with ghee.
- Add the paste with curd pachdi.
2.CUCUMBER CURD PACHDI
INGREDIENTS:
- Cucumber 1 no
- Curd 1 cup
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander leaves
- As required amount
HOW TO MAKE CUUMBER CURD PACHDI
- Add Grated cucumber and salt as needed, to curd.
- Add chili powder cumin powder and coriander leaves to curd.
- serve the pachdi.
3.POTATO CURD PACHDI
INGREDIENTS:
- Potato 1 no
- Curd 1 cup
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander leaves
- As required amount
HOW TO MAKE POTATO CURD PACHDI?
- Boil the potato and smash it.
- Add salt , chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves.
- Mix the above with curd.
- Keep it in refrigerator and serve chill.
4.TOMATO CURD PACHDI
INGREDIENTS:
- Tomato 2 no
- Green chilli 2 no
- Curd 1 cup
- Onion 1/2
HOW TO MAKE TOMATO CURD PACHDI?
- Boil tomato in water for 10 minutes, And peel off its skin
and chop onion, coriander.
- Put the pan on the stove, saute the tomato along with green chilli,
till it comes sauce.
- After tomato sauce gets cooled, add raw onion, coriander leaves and salt.
Add curd before you eat.
