FALAFEL WITH HUMMUS
Falafel ,a staple Middle Eastern dish – and a popular street food around the world.
 
Falafel is a deep fried ball or patty shaped fritter made from ground chickpeas.
 
INGREDIENTS:
 
For Falafel
  • Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Onion 1/2
  • Garlic clove 4 numbers
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt and oil as need
For Hummus
  • Chickpeas 1/2 cup
  • Garlic clove 2 no
  • sesame seeds 2 tablespoon(fried)
  • Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt and oil as need
HOW TO MAKE FALAFEL WITH HUMMUS?
  • Soak the chickpeas for overnight.
  • Transfer the chickpeas to the blunder, add onion, garlic ,red chilli powder,   coriander powder, cumin powder, dried parley and salt .
  • Grind all of them.
  • Make the mixture to ball shape or patty shape.
  • Deep fry the ball like golden brown colour.
  • Falafel is ready.
HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS?
  • Soak the chickpeas for overnight and boil it.
  • Boiled chickpeas transfer to the blunder, add fried sesame seeds,garlic clove  red chilli powder,cumin powder ,2 tablespoon oil ,a little amount of water and one lemon juice.
  • Grind all of them like fine paste.
  • Hummus is ready.
