FALAFEL WITH HUMMUS
Falafel ,a staple Middle Eastern dish – and a popular street food around the world.
Falafel is a deep fried ball or patty shaped fritter made from ground chickpeas.
INGREDIENTS:
For Falafel
- Chickpeas 1 cup
- Onion 1/2
- Garlic clove 4 numbers
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried parsley
- Salt and oil as need
For Hummus
- Chickpeas 1/2 cup
- Garlic clove 2 no
- sesame seeds 2 tablespoon(fried)
- Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and oil as need
HOW TO MAKE FALAFEL WITH HUMMUS?
- Soak the chickpeas for overnight.
- Transfer the chickpeas to the blunder, add onion, garlic ,red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried parley and salt .
- Grind all of them.



- Make the mixture to ball shape or patty shape.
- Deep fry the ball like golden brown colour.
- Falafel is ready.



HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS?
- Soak the chickpeas for overnight and boil it.
- Boiled chickpeas transfer to the blunder, add fried sesame seeds,garlic clove red chilli powder,cumin powder ,2 tablespoon oil ,a little amount of water and one lemon juice.
- Grind all of them like fine paste.



- Hummus is ready.
