  • Lemon juice1 teaspoon
  • Water 2 cup
  • Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  • Country sugar 
  • Honey
  • Mint leaves

  • In a saucepan, combine the ginger  with fresh water.
  • Boil the water add country sugar
  • Bring the mixture to boil, and filter it.
  • Add lemon juice, honey and two mint leaves.
