Mangoes are sweet, creamy fruits that have range of possible health benefits

Today i am going to make mango jam. Another jam recipe tomato jam
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • Mango 1 no
  • Country sugar 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
HOW TO MAKE MANGO JAM?

  • Transfer the mango piece into a blender.
  • Blend to a smooth puree, without adding water.
  • Put the pan on the stove, add mango pulp.
  • Then add country sugar mix well.
  • Bring it to a boil.
  • Cook on medium flame,stir between every 2 minutes.
  • Turn darker and thicker ,add lemon juice.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Home made  jam is ready.
