Today i am going to make mango jam. Another jam recipe tomato jam
INGREDIENTS:
- Mango 1 no
- Country sugar 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
HOW TO MAKE MANGO JAM?

- Transfer the mango piece into a blender.
- Blend to a smooth puree, without adding water.



- Put the pan on the stove, add mango pulp.
- Then add country sugar mix well.



- Bring it to a boil.
- Cook on medium flame,stir between every 2 minutes.
- Turn darker and thicker ,add lemon juice.
- Cook for 2 minutes.



- Home made jam is ready.
