  • Rice flour 3 teaspoon
  • Corn flour 3 teaspoon
  • Crushed pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida 1 pinch
  • Oil and salt as required amount
HOW TO MAKE SNAKE GOURD RINGS?

  • Cut the snake gourd like follow the picture👇
  • Add corn flour, rice flour, chilli flakes
  • Add crushed pepper and asafoetida
  • Then add salt.
  • Add little amount water and mix it well.
  • Put pan on the stove add oil.
  • When oil is heated fry the  rings.
