How to prepare carrot leaves vada?


  • Carrot leaves 1 bunch(chopped)

  • Onion 3 numbers 

  • Green chili 3 numbers

  • Grated carrot 1/4 cup

  • Bengal gram 200 gram

  • Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 1 spring

  • Oil and salt as need


  • First boil the Bengal gram and smash it, and chop an onion, green chill.

  • Add chopped carrot leaves, grated carrot, onion, green chili, fennel seeds, curry leaves to the smashed Bengal gram and add salt mix it well. Make  vada.
