Red chilli 6 numbers
Asafoetida a little
Salt and oil as need
How to prepare peanut idli podi?
First roast the peanut with out oil.
Next roast the curry leaves.
Then add little mount of oil, and roast the black gram, red chili, and asafoetida.
Add salt and grind like powder.
