CHOW CHOW CHUTNEY RECIPE
Chow chow chutney/ chayote squash chutney is South Indian side dish recipe. It makes a very simple and delicious recipe. Chow chow / chayote squashor bangalore brinjal is a common inexpensive vegetable that belongs gourd family along with melons and cucumber.
Ingredients
- Chow chow 1 number( small)
- Red chilli 4 numbers
- urad dall 1 1/2 table spoon
- Tamarind ( little)
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Oil and salt as need
How to prepare chow chow chutney?

First, peel the skin from the chayote and grated .



Put the pan on the stove, add three drops of oil, and let it heat. add red chili, urad dall, asafoetida, tamarind and roast it. Transfer to the blender.



Add grated chayote and saute it for 2 minutes and transfer to the blender and add salt.



Let it cool and grind it.
