  1. Pappadam 5 numbers
  2. Garlic clove 4 numbers
  3. Ginger 1 inch
  4. Small onion 5 numbers
  5. Big onion 1 number.
  6. Tomato 1 number
  7. Green chili 2 number
  8. Coconut
  9. Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Curry leaves 1 strings
  14. Oil and salt as need

How to prepare pappadam curry ?

  • First cut the pappadam and fry it. Chop the big onion, garlic , tomato, ginger, and slice 1 green chili.
    • Add small onion , garlic clove 3 numbers, green chill 1 , cumin seeds, curry leaves, and coconut in the blender
    • Grind them
    • Put the pan on the stove add oil, add mustard let it splutter .Add chopped onion , garlic , ginger , green chili, curry leaves and saute it
    • Once onion cooked well add tomato and salt cover it using a lid.
    • Tomato cooked well add the grinded coconut , red chili powder, turmeric and saute it for 1 minute
    • Add little amount of water and boil it. Add fried pappadam
    • Mix it well cook for 2 minutes .
