  1. Rose flowers 4 number
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. Corn flour 2 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Vanilla essence 2 drops
  6. Rose color 2 drops
  7. Almond 4 numbers
  8. Cashew 4 numbers
  9. Ghee 1 tablespoon

How to prepare Rose flower payasam?

Chop the almonds and cashews. saute the chopped nuts in ghee.

Rose petals transfer to the blender, add little amount of milk and grind it like paste.

Then add corn flour , sugar in the milk and boil for 15 minutes. It comes from 1/2 quantity and let it cool them.

Add grinded rose petal paste and roasted nuts, vanilla essence, rose color , on the milk and mix it

keep in refrigerator and serve .
