Ingredients
- Brinjal
- Gram flour 2 tablespoon
- Rice flour 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Salt as need
- Oil for fry
Instructions
- Wash and clean the brinjal
- Cut the brinjal like finger pieces( how to cut brinjal like finger shape follow the picture 2)
- Take one bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala , turmeric and salt.
- Add little amount of water mix the contents well. Make sure you don’t add water in excess amount. Add brinjal and coated
- When dropped into hot oil one by one and fried, the brinjal fry is ready.
