  • Brinjal
  • Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  • Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Salt as need
  • Oil for fry


  1. Wash and clean the brinjal
  2. Cut the brinjal like finger pieces( how to cut brinjal like finger shape follow the picture 2)
  3. Take one bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala , turmeric and salt.
  4. Add little amount of water mix the contents well. Make sure you don’t add water in excess amount. Add brinjal and coated
  5. When dropped into hot oil one by one and fried, the brinjal fry is ready.
