Ingredients
Green peas 1 cup
Paneer 100 gram
Tomato 2 numbers
Cashew 4 numbers
Green chili 1 number
Ginger 1 inch
Cinnamon stick
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Boil water and add one cup of fresh green peas. Boil it for 2-3 minutes, Turn off the flame. Drain the water. Don’t overcook, because it’s fresh green peas.(If you don’t have fresh green peas you can easily use frozen ones in this recipe.
Turn on the flame , heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan . Add 100 gm of paneer, fry it for 2 minutes. Keep it a side
The same pan, add two table spoon of oil, add tomato, ginger, cashews, fry it for 2 minutes and let it cool down. Grind it like a paste.
Add 2 tablespoon of oil in another pan. Add cinnamon stick, cumin seeds , and add ground paste,
Add salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and saute it for 1 minute and add little amount of water and boiled it.
Add boiled green beas .
Finaly, add fried paneer and mix it well. Turn off the flame . Delicious green peas masala is ready.
