Dahi aloo recipe

Curd

Turmeric
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Garam masala
Onion
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Method
First, boil and Peel the skin from the potatoes.



Take in a bowl, add 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and mix it well. dahi masala is ready.



Heat oil in a pan, add boiled potato, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric , salt , 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and fry it for 10 minutes and transfer to the plate.



The same pan add little amount of oil, cumin seeds let it splutter, add onion.



Onion turns golden color, add ginger garlic paste.



when raw smell came out switch off the flame and let it cool . Now switch on the stove add dahi masala and cook in low flame.



Masal cook well , add fried potatoes and water.



Cook for 5 minutes.
