Oats are a whole grain food. They are a gluten free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
Eggs are loaded with high quality protein, vitamins, minerals, good fats and various trace nutrients.
First, take 1/2 cup oats and blend it like coarse. Transfer in to a bowl.
Add water and soak it for 5 minutes.
Add chopped onion, chili,tomato and turmeric salt , egg and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan, pour oats mixture and make omelette.
