Red chilli

Method

Instruction

  • First, soak the tamarind , chop the spinach, tomato and onion.

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard, redchilli let it splutter. Then add 1chopped onion.

  • Once onion cooked well, add 1 tomato and salt.

  • Crush the pepper, cumin seeds and 2 garlic pots. Once tomato cooked well add spinach an mix it cook for 2 minutes.

  • When palak cooked well add tamarind juice and crushed pepper mixture.
