Spinach is a leafy green vegetables that can significantly reduce oxidative stress, known as palak in India. It can also fight cancer growth , regulate blood pressure levels and maintain eye health too.
Tamarind
Cumin seeds

Red chilli
Turmeric

Method
Instruction
- First, soak the tamarind , chop the spinach, tomato and onion.



- Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard, redchilli let it splutter. Then add 1chopped onion.



- Once onion cooked well, add 1 tomato and salt.



- Crush the pepper, cumin seeds and 2 garlic pots. Once tomato cooked well add spinach an mix it cook for 2 minutes.



- When palak cooked well add tamarind juice and crushed pepper mixture.



- Juice is overflow switch off the flame.



- Healthy palak rasam | soup is ready
