Radish leaves

Radish leaves are high in minerals like iron and phosphorus.

Moong dal ( boiled )

Moond dal or Mung_beans are high in nutrients and antioxidants.

Red chili

Small onion

Mustard seeds

Urud dal

Salt and oil

Method :

Instructions

  1. First wash and chop the radish green finely.

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon urud dal and 2 red chilli let it splutters, add the chopped small onion.

  • Onion cooked well, add chopped radish green and salt.

  • Once radish leaves cooked well, add 2 table spoon of boled moong dal and mix it well.
