Ridge gourd
Ridge_gourd is rich in essential components like dietary fiber , and water content.
Onion
Tomato
Green chilli
Tamarind juice
Mustard
Oil and salt
Instructions
1.First, peel the ridge gourt and cut it like small pieces. Take a cooker and add ridge gourd , 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, enough salt , little water and cook for 3 whistle.



2. Then smashed well .



3. Finaly , add tamarind juice and boil for 2 minutes, and sesaning with mustard.

Don’t waste the skin. Make chutney use with ridge gourd skin.
