Broccoli stir fry Recipe

Ingredients
- Broccoli -2 cups
- Red chili – 2-3
- Onion- small (chopped)
- Coriander seeds- 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Pepper -1 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1teaspoon
- Salt- to taste
- Oil – 1 tablespoon.
Preparation step by step
Step 1

- Clean the broccoli and cut it
2. Add Broccoli in hot water.

3.Roast spices

- Heat in a pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper and red chili, roast it without oil and powdered it.
4.Add onion

- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and cook onion turns golden.
5. Add broccoli

- Add broccoli florets and salt mix well and cover it using lit.
5. Add roasted masala

- Then finally add roasted powder, mix well and cook 2 minutes.
Serve with rice and chapati.
