- Capsicum -1
- Onion -1
- Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves (minced)
- Curry leaves – string
- Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Oil (as need)
Method step by step
Step 1

- Take Chopped onion, capsicum and minced garlic.
2.Add garlic

- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and curry leaves and saute it.
3.Add spices

- Then add, onion, red chili powder, turmeric and cook well.
4.Add capsicum

- Add capsicum mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
