How to prepare Chayote chutney?
Ingredients
- Chow chow- 1(grated)
- Red chili- 3
- Black gram -1 tablespoon
- Salt- to taste
- Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon(for seasoning)

Step 1:
- Wash the chayote cut, peel the skin and grated it.
Step 2:
- Heat a pan, add black gram and red chili and roast without oil.
Step 3
- Roasted black gram, red chili, grated chow chow transfer to the blender and add salt.
Step 4
- All the mixture blend and transfer into the bowl.
Step 5
- Seasoning with mustard seeds.
Serve
- serve with white rice, idly dosa.
