How to prepare Chayote chutney?

Ingredients

  • Chow chow- 1(grated)
  • Red chili- 3
  • Black gram -1 tablespoon
  • Salt- to taste
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon(for seasoning)

Step 1:

  • Wash the chayote cut, peel the skin and grated it.

Step 2:

  • Heat a pan, add black gram and red chili and roast without oil.

Step 3

  • Roasted black gram, red chili, grated chow chow transfer to the blender and add salt.

Step 4

  • All the mixture blend and transfer into the bowl.

Step 5

  • Seasoning with mustard seeds.

Serve

  • serve with white rice, idly dosa.
