Ingredients
- Potato – 2to 3
- Coriander seeds- 1 tablespoon
- Chana dal -1 teaspoon
- Black gram – 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves – 1 string
- Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Oil – (as need)
- Mustard seeds -1 teaspoon
- Cumin seed – 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step by step method
Preparation
1.cup potato

- Wash and peel the potato skin and cut like cubs.
2.Roast spices

- Heat in a pan, add coriander seeds, chana dal, black gram, red chili and curry leaves roast it without oil and powder them.
Step 3

- In the same pan add oil, when oil heated, add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and let it splutter them.
4.Add turmeric

- Add potato, turmeric powder, mix well and cover it using a lid
Step 5

- Once potato cooked 80 percentage add powder spices and fix well and saute it until crispy.
