Ingredients
- Brinjal
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tablespoon
- Gram flour- 2 tablespoon
- Rice flour – 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Method step by step
1.Cut the brinjal

- Wash and cut the brinjal like the picture.
2.Add spices and flour

- Take a vessel, add gram flour, rice flour,red chili powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well thick mixture.
3.Coat well

- Apply the mixture brinjals inside and outside.
4.Fry

- Fry the brinjals and serve enjoy.
