How to make

Ingredients

  • Moong dal -100 grams (soaked 1 to 2 hours)
  • Green chili – 1-2
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Garlic -2-3 cloves
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – for frying

Method step by step

Soak the moong dal for 1 hour.

  • Wash and chop the yam like a cube shape.

Step 3

  • Heat the vessel, pour water and boiled it, then add chopped yam and cook for 5 minutes and strain it.

Step 4

  • In a blender, add soaked moong dal, green chili, ginger, garlic and blend them.

Step 5

  • Blend the mixture, transfer into the bowl, add salt and mix well.

Step 6

  • Add chopped cube yam into the mixture and coat well.

Step 7

  • Fry the coated yam and serve
