Ingredients
- Moong dal -100 grams (soaked 1 to 2 hours)
- Green chili – 1-2
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic -2-3 cloves
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Method step by step
Step 1

Soak the moong dal for 1 hour.
Step 2

- Wash and chop the yam like a cube shape.
Step 3

- Heat the vessel, pour water and boiled it, then add chopped yam and cook for 5 minutes and strain it.
Step 4

- In a blender, add soaked moong dal, green chili, ginger, garlic and blend them.
Step 5

- Blend the mixture, transfer into the bowl, add salt and mix well.
Step 6

- Add chopped cube yam into the mixture and coat well.
Step 7

- Fry the coated yam and serve
