How to prepare?
Ingredients
- Mushroom- 150 grams
- Green chili- 1-2
- Ginger- 1/2 inch chopped
- Garlic 2-3 clove( chopped)
- Onion – small (chopped)
- Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Gram flour – 2 tablespoon
- Curry leaves – 1 string
- Salt- to taste
- Oil – for frying
Method step by step

Step 1
- Wash and chop the mushrooms.
Step 2
- Chopped mushrooms transfer into a bowl, then add chopped onion.
Step 3
- Add chopped ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
Step 4
- Add chopped green chili.
Step 5
- Add cumin seeds and salt.
Step 6
- Add gram flour and mix well and make a ball.
Step 6
- Heat in a pan, pour oil and fry the balls.
