How to prepare?

Ingredients

  • Mushroom- 150 grams
  • Green chili- 1-2
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch chopped
  • Garlic 2-3 clove( chopped)
  • Onion – small (chopped)
  • Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Gram flour – 2 tablespoon
  • Curry leaves – 1 string
  • Salt- to taste
  • Oil – for frying

Method step by step

Step 1

  • Wash and chop the mushrooms.

Step 2

  • Chopped mushrooms transfer into a bowl, then add chopped onion.

Step 3

  • Add chopped ginger, garlic and curry leaves.

Step 4

  • Add chopped green chili.

Step 5

  • Add cumin seeds and salt.

Step 6

  • Add gram flour and mix well and make a ball.

Step 6

  • Heat in a pan, pour oil and fry the balls.
