Ingredients
- Cabbage – 1 cup(grated)
- Carrot – 1/2 cup (grated)
- Capsicum – 1/2 cup (sliced)
- Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce- 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper – 1/2teaspoon
- Salt- to taste
- Spring roll sheets – 10
- Oil – for frying
How to prepare
Step 1
- Stir fry cabbage,carrot and cabsicum with soya sauce and chili sauce.
Step 2
- Let cool, then fill spring roll sheets with the mixture.
Step 3
- Roll tightly and seal edges with the water.
Step 5
- Deep fry until golden brown.

- Serve with ketchup.

Making spring roll sheets at home is easy, fresh and healthier.
Ingredients
- All purpose flour-1 cup
- Corn flour – 1/4 cup
- Salt -1/2 teaspoon
- Water (as needed)
- Oil -1/2 tablespoon(for softness)
Instructions:
- Mix flour and salt with thin batter.
- Heat non stick pan, pour ladle of batter and spread thinly.
- Cook for 30-40 seconds,remove when the edges lift
