INGREDIENTS
Onion - 1 small (chopped)
Coriander leaves 1cup (chopped)
Garlic-1 clove (minced)
ginger - 1/ 2 inch (grated)
tomato -1 small chopped
Vegetable broth - 2 cups
black pepper-1/2tsp
salt -1/2 tsp
lemon juice -1 tsp
oil - 1tsp
Heat oil in a pan
Saute onion,garlic and ginger until fragrant
Add tomato and cook until soft
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil
Add coriander leaves and simmer for 5 minutes
Add salt,black pepper, and lemon juice and serve warm
