Palkova poli is a delicious flattend stuffed sweet recipe prepared by stuffing milk kova in flattend dough and cook on tawa using ghee.

Take maida in a bowl, add salt,turmeric mix well.

Make soft dough, add oil and cover it using a lid and leave it for 2 hours.

Take 100 gram of palkova.Make a ball

Take a small ball of dough and place it on the plantain leaf. Grease your fingers with oil and flatten the dough with your finger to form a small circle.Place small ball of palkova stuffing in side to cover it.

Form a thin circle.Place on the tawa add ghee.Cook on both sides.
